Our Annual Holiday Raffle is the biggest fundraiser for St. Clare School, and your efforts and cooperation will make it more successful this year.

CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS | BOOKING SITTING HOURS | PRIZES | PAYMENTS
CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS: Tickets are sent the first week of school. All families –including those with children in Pre-K only- are contractually obligated to participate. In addition, we would like to encourage you to purchase additional tickets in support of our school. Remember that you may sell your tickets by participating in the “sittings” that we arrange (see attached flier with further information.) Please forward additional ticket-purchase requests to Mrs. Rosemary Bedoya (6th grade.) You may contact her at rosemarybedoya@verizon.net or by calling 973-473-3225. She will also assist you with any information or concerns you may have regarding this fundraiser.
All payments and ticket stubs must be sent in an envelope to Mrs. Bedoya (c/o 6th Grade) no later than November 29. Please make the check payable to St. Clare School – HASA and clearly print on the envelope your full name and your oldest child’s grade. We discourage sending cash with children and are not responsible for lost payments.
BOOKING YOUR SITTING HOURS - E-mail HASA@saintclareschool.com or call Mrs. Arteaga at 201-741-3738 as soon as possible to make the sitting reservations. NOTE: The hours will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
