News from HASA ~ We Are A Community                                                                    

Summer 2010

Some of you are graduating and your children will become alumni after June. We wish you the best and hope that you will cherish your time at St. Clare’s and will continue supporting the school and its parish.

Summer is here, and we want to take this opportunity to bring up important information. As your new contract reflects, we have made some significant changes to the fundraising plans. Starting this September, 50/50, Christmas Wrap and Easter Candy Sale will be optional. We hope, though, that many of you will still participate and support optional fundraisers.

Some HASA families like to take care of their Holiday Raffle obligation during the summer when things are less hectic for them. We are glad to report that we will offer families the possibility of purchasing their holiday raffle tickets and book their sitting hours in June, July, and August. NEW: All families, regardless of plan, are welcome to sell their tickets during sittings. Also, if you prefer it, you may do your sittings with another family so you keep each other company. If you’d like to get your tickets and do your sittings this summer, please call Patricia Arteaga @ 201-741-3738 or e-mail HASA@saintclareschool.com.
