AFTER SCHOOL
AFTER-SCHOOL CARE -
After Care starts the first day of school.
Care is available each day
until 5:30PM. The fee is $4.00 per hour or any part of an hour.
If you arrive after 5:30 PM you can pick your child up at
the rectory.
There will be a $10.00 per 10 minutes late fee assessed.
The
time schedule for the After School Program is as follows:
FULL DAY SESSION (3:00 dismissal)
- You must pick your child up by 5:30 PM.
HALF
DAY SESSION (12:30 dismissal)
- After school will be in session until 5:30 PM.
There is
no lunch served on half days, so please make sure your child brings
a lunch.
THERE IS
NO AFTER SCHOOL WHEN SCHOOL IS CLOSED.
PAYMENT-
You will be required to
purchase an After School card for 50 hours. The cost is $200.00. You may
begin to buy after school hours the first week of school. In emergency
situations you can pay the after school teacher when you pick up your
child. When you only have ten hours left on your card you will receive
notification that it is time to purchase a new card.
If you do
not pick your child up by 3:00 PM your child will be put in the after
school program. No children are left outside unsupervised. If your child
is put in the after school program you will be required to pay the
hourly fee of $4.00.
