Sunday, January 25th, Opening School Mass: 10:00 A.M.

Monday, January 26th, Open House: 9:00 - 11:00 A.M.

Tuesday, January 27th, Role Playing: 10:30-11:30 A.M. The children become teachers and teachers become children!

Wednesday, January 28th, Open House: 1:30-2:30 P.M.

Thursday, January, 29th, Spelling Bee: 1:30 P.M.

Friday, January 30th - Talent Show: 12:45-2:15 P.M.
Things to remember:

Children are to be in complete uniform.

No nail polish or make up is allowed.

Children are to be on time.

No U Turns or Blocking of the driveway are to take place at anytime.

Our principal is also asking for parents to respect traffic regulations when dropping off the children.

2008 Student Awards
St. Clare student John Wynne
was awarded the Raymond Giele Math Award for highest Math average.
This award was presented by Arlene Monteverde in honor of her father
- an immigrant who achieved the American Dream. John, who just
graduated, has also been awarded a $4000 yearly scholarship to
Depaul Catholic High School in Wayne and he's been accepted into
DePaul's prestigious Honors program - The Vincentian Scholars.
John’s award is a testimonial to the quality education that St.
Clare provides.
Mrs. Arlene Monteverde presented The Elvira
Monteverde Award for excellence in Creative Writing and Language Arts to Timothy
Bonomo. The Giovani Monteverde Award for excellence in Art to Craig Campos. The
Mildred Giele Award for excellence in Music to Maria Vidal. The Peter Monteverde
award for excellence in Social Studies to Anthony Ferrentino.
The St. Clare Rosary Society presented the award for excellence in Science to Zachary Golebieski. The award for excellence in Religion to Michael Griess. The award for excellence in Language Arts to Shanon Maglente.
The St. Clare Leisure Club presented the award for excellence in Computer Science to Genesis Osorio.
The St. Clare Holy Name Society presented the award for second highest average in all subject areas to Briana Ferrentino. The merit award for academic excellence in grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grade to Timothy Bonomo.
Mr. Andrew Blaskewicz presented the third annual St. Clare Eighth Grade Altar Server Service Memorial Award, in memory of Anthony and Genevieve Blaskewicz, to Michael Griess.
Mr. Andrew Blaskewicz sponsored and presented the First Annual Joseph H. Paccioretti Memorial Eight Grade Citizenship Award to Briana Ferrentino. The First Annual St. Clare Eighth Grade School Community Leadership Award Natalie Reveco Green. The St. Clare School Eighth Grade "Spirit of Volunteering" Project Appreciation Award to Genesis Osorio.
In remembrance of Mr. John Van Etten, the family presented an award to the student who expresses his individuality and enlivens his surroundings to Edward Farnon.
